Based in the Cleveland area, I work with people who think deeply, care deeply, and are ready to understand themselves in a more honest and intentional way. This may include working through relationship patterns, people-pleasing, family of origin dynamics, or the emotional complexity of fertility and building a family. My approach is psychodynamic and collaborative. We look at how your past shows up in your present, not to stay there, but to understand patterns and shift them. It is about building awareness, regulating anxiety, setting boundaries, and learning how to tolerate uncertainty without shutting down or losing yourself in the process. I have a particular interest in supporting individuals and couples navigating fertility and family-building journeys, relationship transitions, identity development, and major life changes. I enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds, including members of the LGBTQ+ community, as well as individuals processing religious trauma, questions of meaning, and evolving relationships with themselves and others. I also enjoy working with other therapists and individuals who want depth-oriented, exploratory work that goes beyond surface-level change. I am informed in animal-assisted therapy and incorporate movement-based approaches and sports psychology principles when it fits. I see therapy as a space for real growth.
